DNDV – Entrepreneur Pham Tan Dat is the CEO of FROM CAUDAT. With a great love for coffee, he and his associates are determined to bring Vietnamese coffee brand to the world.
In addition to the factory in Binh Duong, businessman Pham Tan Dat took me to see the automatic system with modern machinery being set up. These systems were researched and manufactured by From Caudat's engineers. All are displayed at From Caudat showroom in District 7, HCMC. He took me to the Lab, a room reserved for scent research, a space for Healthtalk and Workshop meeting where he shared and introduced about the origin and way to create delicious coffee.
From the conception to the implementation of the idea, clean and pure coffee is the soul of From Caudat. However, life is not like a dream. There was a time when no one ordered a machine-made coffee because it was bland and unfamiliar with the standard taste. I had foreseen that I should maintain the shop with contemporary drinks which is familiar to young people. It wasn't until the 5th month that customers got used to the taste of machine-made coffee, pure coffee. Mr. Dat recalled. “To find the perfect coffee recipe, I went to many places, tasted all kinds of flavors, and experienced the culture of enjoying coffee in different regions.”

Entrepreneur Pham Tan Dat said that Vietnam is in the leading group in terms of exports, but has not yet claimed a title on the international coffee map. According to him, the cause is outdated, fragmented farming methods and no quality control. The most obvious proof is that we have not yet mastered the market, so we cannot decide on the selling price.
To actively control the quality of coffee, Mr. Dat and his team made a plan to build and persuade many farmers to switch to a sustainable coffee growing model (without using chemical fertilizers, harvesting green berries, etc.). After successfully demonstrating the quality of sustainable coffee farming model, From Caudat has linked many farmers in Cau Dat - Lam Dong to have large output and consistent quality. Farmers participating in the association model are purchased by the company at a higher price than the market. In addition, he also opened many training sessions on coffee, helping farmers gain more knowledge, reduce risks in farming, prevent diseases, improve quality and earn high profits. From Caudat is planning to expand customers in The USA, in addition to New York and Boston. At the same time, company will develop in China - a crowded market, with high demand where From Caudat's products are perfectly suitable.
It is known that on May 28, 2022. Entrepreneur Pham Tan Dat was nominated as one of the typical business representation of ASIA - PASIFIC OUTSTANDING LEADER.
