OUR STORY

Vietnamese coffee was brought over by the French in the 1850s with the Coffea Arabica (Arabica) variety. Arabica is known as the Queen of Coffee because of its attractive appearance and delicate aroma of chocolate, fatty nuts, fruits, herbs, elegant acidity, and low caffeine content (1% - 2%).

If you are a true fan of Da Lat and have been passionate about backpacking around this wonderful natural place, most of us will be fascinated by interesting coffee corners or green coffee hills. This place also is acknowledged as a paradise for the most delicious Arabica coffee beans that are cultivated by the French in Cau Dat and becomes one of the best SPECIALTY COFFEE.

Cau Dat is located at an ideal height, an average of 1500 - 1650m above sea level. Combined with soil which is fertile basalt soil, perfect climate and temperature amplitude, Cau Dat – Da Lat has 3 golden conditions to be the perfect land for the Arabica coffee trees to grow, which produces very high quality and rich in flavor.

With Da Lat - a peacefull and poetic place for dreamers, Cau Dat is a well-known land for fulfilling the dream of who have a passionate love of Vietnamese coffee beans. Starting a business from the early days, with a long-term commitment for decades and intense love and enthusiasm to bring high quality, healthy Cau Dat coffee beans closer to consumers, also contribute to the construction and development of Cau Dat Highland– to introduce everyone about a place that is not only extremely beautiful, full of potential, but also has coffee with great taste, to improve living standard of local people, and joining hand to raise the value of Vietnamese specialties.
